Whipped cream frosting is extremely easy to make! It is usually the frosting used on the cakes in Asian bakeries. What I like most about whipped cream frosting is that it is soft, sweet, and tasty. It feels lighter than buttercream frosting and also goes well with fruits, pies, and ice cream.
Whipped Cream Frosting
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar You can add 2 tbsp of granulated sugar instead.
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (used as a stabilizer) You can add 3 tbsp powdered sugar instead.
