How to make Taro Cupcakes

Taro Cupcakes

Taro cupcakes are quite easy to make. Taro is a root vegetable, and it has a similar texture as ube (purple sweet potato). The first time I made taro cupcakes, it was a disaster. I used raw taro, and the cupcakes tasted terrible. The second time I made the cupcakes, I steamed the taro and then mashed it. The cupcakes were delicious, and I shared them with other people. If you haven’t tried taro cupcakes or taro cake before, you should give this recipe a try. It is quite a unique taste.
